It won't last. Way to much capital spent on that location to sell Mexican food. And they could have Sammy Hagar making margarita's and it still won't tote the note.

I know you know much more about this kind of stuff than I do, but I find it hard to believe that they can't "make money".

Mexican food like they sell has to be a cheap food cost and their prices aren't exactly cheap. And every SOB who goes there is drinking a couple of highly marked up margaritas.

The food is going to be average at best, but if Ninfa's and Superior and all of the other grease and cheese shitholes can keep people coming back, I can't see why VC with a great atmosphere will not do the same.

Yeah the amount of money they must have spent to buy the property, tear down the old another broken egg, and build that place has to be insane.

The set up looks awesome, though.
