Razer products, while nice when they work, are notorious for long term durability issues.

Corsair makes some high quality shite. You get what you pay for. After using your Blackwidow you'll be blown away by how solid the Corsair keyboards feel.

I think it's almost a stretch to call the Blackwidow a mechanical keyboard.

ETA: The only thing I don't like with Corsair right now is their gaming headsets. They're nothing special and they still have some work to do in this area, but then again that whole entire market has some work to do. Gaming headsets in general are overpriced horse shite.

Razer has also significantly went downhill over the last year+ according to most.

I totally agree with everything you've said. My Blackwidow was great.. but when my key only works 1/4 clicks, it's frustrating.

I use Turtle Beach for headsets, I have no complaints there, but I would probably go with Logitech/Razer for a headset raplacement. I haven't had issues with my TBs though.

I'm just trying to decide on Red/Brown switch. Not REALLY sure what the difference is. I've read a few things about it, but without trying them, it's hard to go by.
