He may be homesick already about Nigeria. Is he going to want to now be homesick as well from his friends and host family back in Alabama? Just something that I think the Alabama schools could pitch to him. That he would be closer to his second home.

I am pretty sure he would prefer to be a Tiger rather than an Elephant

We got a built in advantage- John Odo.
Involve him in the recruiting process, let him know how well Nigerian athletes are treated at LSU and BOOM we shock the world and steal him out from under Nick.

Let's take Thorn Maker as an example. Kid came to Louisiana first now us off at an Academy playing ball. Do you think he comes to LSU because he misses Louisiana. I think he will go where he thinks will give him the best shot at the NBA. Point being the reason he came to the US has nothing to do with being home sick for Nigeria or Alabama until he reaches his goal of being a professional athlete and making Millions. That's what the class move up is about. 3 yrs and gone.

This is an opportunity of a life time for him and his family. He will gladly go to whoever shows the best path for him and his family.

I do believe it can happen. Two of the best recruiters in the nation meeting him first thing. Idk how anyone could say no to coach O

Definitely need to come to LSU. We can have our own version of Shawn Oakman

This kid is living with a local family in the USA and I bet that the father in this family has a favorite team in Alabama and I bet whoever it is has the inside track.
