I am starting to think that his hands are not strong enough. He needs to get them stronger ASAP because he could be a lot better offensively. That being said he is doing what he needs to do for this team. Rebound the ball and play defense.

I don't know that hand strength is the issue. He does fine on rebounds. It's passes that he struggles with. He needs softer hands on passes and there really isn't a way to teach that. It all comes down to hand-eye coordination.
We need to get someone to throw rolls to him a la Sidekicks. It's a shame Mako passed away.
