Chopped onion
Brown sugar
Sweet Baby Ray's
For spice, I'll add red pepper or throw a few dashes of hot sauce depending on the consumers
Put it all in a pyrex or roasting pan and bake in the oven for a couple hours on 300 or so. Really hard to mess up and flexible. The syrup would be a nice touch. Maybe molasses or honey too.
