Did you just link a video that starts off with a kid in a jacked up truck showing his square-toed boots and spit cup singing about moonshine? That song is every reason why bro-country is hated on so much.

I knew you were going to say that

I just feel he has an older style to him and not all the bullshite autotune. Sad he wont get bigger due to the fact he isn't the best looking guy out there.

You can be out of the box a little from the standard country music story lines but the bro-country shite has just blown up. Back in the day people like Joe Diffie, Tracy Byrd, Collin Raye, March Chestnut, etc, often toyed with some songs with different lyrics but they always went back to their roots.

Yeah, I got you.

Just a whole different ball game now-a-days. All money and appearance based. Sad.

If you want a good laugh listen to the links I posted on the first page. They have one on your boy Brantley but the only one I can find is the mobile version.

I'll leave y'all with one more guy, I can't wait to see him Feb. 7th in Birmingham. Y'all might like him more than the other guy (Luke Combs)

This isn't even hardcore, old school country. It's one of my favorite songs.

I always laughed at this song. So, because the guy BANGING your girl doesn't overcompensate by driving a truck with a lift kit, he must be a little geek.

So, soooooooo bad.

Anytime you have to squeeze in 'Pizza Hut' just because it rhymes...it's a bad sign.
