both accountable but you are nuts if you think the player doesn't matter
Jones of OSU is superior to any QB on our roster
He is 3rd string!
so, we need to do better on recruiting QB's
We need to use shotgun
We need to simplify the game for the QB
but we need someone who can make the throws downfield who also has touch for short throws

First you have to recruit and develop. That still falls back on coaching.
