His name has been mentioned in reports, but Oakland is trying to hire him as head coach. It'll be hard to compete with a NFL head coach offer.

He's got bigger game in his sights, IMO. Remember when he was the popular choice for the LSU HC job back in '04. Came in for an interview as I recall. He's a good coach but I believe he sticks to the NFL in some capacity.
