It's usually bored interns, a friend of mine camped in the outfield of a minor league baseball field for a summer as an intern for the team and the crowd would sing him a lullaby after each night game.

I'm not annoyed by the people doing the staged little skits as much as I am by the people who don't realize by now that this stuff is fake/staged.
