No, I'm not a demented human being and wouldn't wish that upon any one. I would hope they would be given a fatal dose though and proceed to live the rest of eternity in hell. That's the only true torture IMO.

So you wouldn't wish physical harm upon anyone, but you WOULD wish eternal damnation on them?
eta: to answer op's question - yes I probably would, especially if it was to gather intel.
