I just dont see a team taking on 3 years of Pondexter. He basically has no value unless he's going to a team like us, with no talent at the 3. Basically, we have to hope he does well bc we are probably stuck with him now.

If he never makes a basket I don't care. He can play defense and that is exactly what we need. We can score, and we will get better offensively as EG gets his legs, Ryno starts shooting his average, and the team continues to gel. What we don't have is enough defense.

Adding QPon gives us better on ball defense, something we need. We have Jrue who can guard the perimeter, and AD who can leak out and help. We have DC who can offer some legit D, and then we have...

If he never scores a point, but can provide defense and second chance opportunities, he is a huge upgrade over Rivers.
