Yeah we are looking to save at least around 10-15K before we even start looking.


Dill...yeah we were willing to stay month to month at old place because of all those costs...but landlord had another idea. Here you usually need first month's rent, security deposit(which is usually equal to one month's rent), pet deposit(usually about $300-500), cleaning deposit(usually $200-300), and sometimes additional admin fees($200-300). I was getting really tired of other house though so maybe this was really for the best.
