He needs to restructure
- he's going to restructure. It doesn't mean he gets paid less money, just converts his roster bonus to signing bonus

I think its obvious that his contract is designed in manner that makes a restructure relieve cap space. So, yes, he will. However, if he is convicted, he may not play for the Saints again.
