He is a good player when healthy and the only huge negative is the $15 million cap hit. Can he be signed to a 3-4 year contract that would lower his cap number next year, but he still makes a decent amount of change for himself. The guy is still young also.

Its possible if he trusts Dell, in my opinion. You don't have to worry about getting Boozered, either.
