Dude has completely lost his confidence since going off on the Spurs in the WCF.
He's had some run ins with the coach too.
I like Q a lot, he just has to reign his game in. When he doesn't try to do too much he is a great role player, he gets in trouble when he thinks he is more than he is.
Very underrated defensively.

Yeah we just need him to be a solid defensive wing that can hit a couple of shots.
