You can't just reset it yourself?

I just reset mine without any knowledge of my PW. So long as you know your:

Username
DOB
Last 4 of SSN
Answers to 2 security questions

Not trying to be a smart arse.

ETA: I don't work in IT, but within my sales group, people come to me with all of their minor PC/Excel/software issues all the time. Sometimes I am seriously concerned with people's inability to critically think and find a solution. (not directed at you LSUtoo)
