I finally found a system that works for me.
My street address with fist letter of street name capitalized. The numbers then letters with one in caps meets most requirements unless a specific number of characters is required. Made everything much easier.

I've been using acronyms with combinations of upper & lowercase letters, numbers and symbols to represent words in a phrase.
One of the phrases I used for a while was something like "I hate making up new passwords!"
