food stamp fraud

When will it end? I had a case of the red arse last night after a trip to Walgreen’s last night. My son wanted a candy bar so we could make s’mores in the fire place last night. So I ran to the Walgreen’s which is right around the corner from my house. I ran in, grabbed two Hersey’s bars and stood in line behind two older women who were attempting to check out. The cashier was showing a total of about 20 dollars when the woman in line began to dig for her money. As she was digging, the cashier noticed she had a LA Purchase card in her purse. The cashier said to the woman “do you want to use your LA Purchase card”, and you should have seen the face of the customer light up. Of course this piece of schitt wanted to use her LA purchase card to buy a knit hat, two pairs of gloves, and valentine’s day candy. So here the fun beings, the customer swipes the LA purchase card and enters in the wrong pin. So she runs out side and ask someone in her car for the correct pin. Keep in mind this was not even her own card but someone else’s card. So she comes back in and uses the card for the candy I guess or whatever the state will allow. Then she proceeds to pay for the remainder of the balance with a prepaid debit card, which apparently only had a few dollars on it. Again, wrong pin so she runs out and ask someone for the pin. Once she swipes this card the final balance was 3 or 4 dollars which she whips out a twenty dollar bill to pay for it. By this time I was highly pissed. She finally leaves the store and I pay for my two candy bars. I walk out the door and there she is in a handy cap parking stop driving a brand new Camaro with 26” rims. I love America…….All I could think about was the la purchase card song by mr ghetto.
