I don't blame Chavis for leaving, I bleak him for the way he left.

I don't know I think that is a bunch of bullshite. There were reports either from the advocate or the nola that LSU did infact match the offer for the most part at the end. Also remember that Chief was paid extremely well over his 6 years here. At some point there is some good will involved where chief would make what he is worth. I mean I would think the staff can recognize that after going 8-5 and 4-4 in SEC play really no one on staff deserved a raise yet some of them still got them.
It really makes you wonder what the ulterior motives were of chief and the way he left LSU really fricked us pretty good. Unless it was chief's plan also to help Hailey out knowing that what he was doing was going to pretty much hand Hailey a golden ticket.

Is Miles ever at fault in your mind?
It was Katrina.
It was Jimbo.
It was Maleveto.
It was Crowton.
It was RP.
Now after leading the SEC in defense, its third and Chavis.
Miles is the "best ever" at LSU but the failures are always blamed on others.

I see everyone blaming Alleva and Miles, and they both deserve some of the criticisms IMO
It was, literally, the first sentence.

There is no disrespect in not matching an offer. bitness is bitness. he handled his. LSU knew the game they were playing. he obviously wasn't worth it to LSU and I tend to agree.
ND, Alabama x2, Clemson, UGA and others agree as well

This is sort of my train of thought, if LSU would have wanted to keep him they would have. And if for any reason they did want to keep him and let him go to A&M, then that is all on Miles/Alleva.

The next DC is 0-0. There is no fault.
