I am because I only go out when it is dark during the summers here because of the heat and it already gets dark at 9.....if it didn't get dark until 10 it would ruin the little social life I have during the summers.

IF you're referring to MLK Day:

Because as a federal holiday it only affected about half the population of the state; lots of people live in very rural areas. I left AZ in '95 (I was stationed there for 8 yrs and loved it).
