Miles is searching for the best hire.

He's trying to do his due diligence in this hire.

The problem with that is, these other coaches get threatened by their current employers to either take the job or stay.

So since Les doesn't have an answe for them, they stay.

By him taking his sweet arse time, he's going to end up with Brick.

And he's not going to hire Coach O to be the DLine coach.

Ending up with Brick with no O on staff is the worst possible outcome of this search, and that's the path that we are on.

I disagree. It would be now worse than 3rd and Chavis, not great but fair.

That may all sound good in your head, but there was NO coach pressuring our TOP choice, Pendergast, in to making a quick decision

Clancy would rather remain unemployed than coach with Miles

That speaks volumes


And if you think he wasnt offered then you have to believe Miles has no ego, and loves the way it looks with Chavis and multiple DCs turning him down by interviewing over and over and over again
