There is NO excuse for having defensive staff sign extensions prior to your coordinator.
Even Chavis recruited to the bitter end knowing he was leaving. The staff would not have treated recruits any differently waiting on Chavis to sign.

No I'd blame Les if its Brick, his criteria for this hire is fricking awful and seems to be finding excuses to just give it to Brick.
