I've seen single digits in Bismarck. God I hated North Dakota...miserable state.

I've also seen single digits in Marquette, MI and that was with some lake effect snow blowing in too. I got out of there about a day into that snow blowing in and when I called up a few days later they say they had snow piled up on the sides of the roads about 20ft tall.
