I'd rather us go after guys who will come for the school itself, not just use LSU as an easier way to get to the league by just riding on our reputation for NFL players. Other schools seem to have talented seniors come back for hopes of titles or love of their school

People just need to accept the fact that we are a 3 and done school.

It pisses me off, it pisses everyone off because it greatly hurts our chances of ever competing for a national championship.

It is what it is

Naïve.

We recruit elite players. Consequently, the NFL will draft these players when they're available. We get them for 3 years. It's mutually-beneficial.

"Hopes of titles" and "love of their school" is just rainbows and unicorns. Sure, an occasional player may stay for those reasons, but most will leave when a good opportunity presents itself. And I don't have one single problem with that.

What's the solution? That we recruit lesser players that will stay for four years? Idiotic.
