How in the world is this too expensive? This plus a netflix subscription, and say the basic cable plus HBO package Cox has with their internet, I mean what else would you need?

That would all cost you about $120/month at most including internet and TV options.

Maybe youre correct and the price point is right.

Regardless this is the first step toward a la carte programming (similar to app based TV) and is huge news!

I guess because I get everything I need now for cheaper than the $20.00 p/month.

Also, not being able to use it on two devices at the same time would suck...

Exactly. You answered your own questions. How much are you really saving if you are still paying $120/month? $10? What's the point. I think this is a shite deal and way to expensive. $8 like Hulu and it's reasonable, maybe.
