There is to much money on the line to cut him. At worst it's his first time in trouble with the league. He receives the 6 game suspension and when the saints are 3 in 4 going into week 7 everyone will be greatful Galette will be coming back.

"With Galettes contract having no dead money and a 14 million cap hit at a time the saints are supposedly trying to clean up their image and maturity issues, don't be shocked if Galette's released."
