I would not say that at all.
CP and O should have been the first offer. The idea to have multiple interviews has destroyed the process.
We are not interviewing for a Kindergarten teacher. The whole process has not been first class

You think it's a mistake to have multiple interviews? Or that the process is too drawn out?
