Yeah. On our .50cal mounts, every 5th round was a tracer round. Granted this was early 2000's on an aircraft carrier and not in the shite during WWII...I'm assuming they've been around that long

there were tracers every 5th round, but i didnt realize they were that distinct. I thought they did that more for the audience to show gun fire. Im prob just an idiot

Didn't Bra Pitts character literally say this when teaching the kid?




If anything, I was blown away by the quality of the tank rounds and how they bounces and rebounded off things. It was incredible and scary.
