In NCAA...
It's almost impossible to run any kind of "lineman run" trick plays now. The planned loose ball play carries a 5yds + LOD and the only way a lineman can receive a hand off is if he turns to face his end line and is 2 yds behind the LOS.
....better to find a trick elsewhere.
