The "Guard Around". The center squats on the ball, the guard pics it up and runs opposite side of where the play is going.
I was a guard and we ran it a couple times. Both times were very successful, but I always thought the play looked ridiculous and I was embarrassed to run it.

The fumblerewski (sp) is illegal in a lot of levels of play.

Any variation of the "wrong ball" gimmick that gets Youtubed about 30 times a year as "BEST PLAY EVER!!!"
I loved the one where a DB knew exactly what was happening, and absolutely lit up the ball carrier.
And I always wonder if adults who invest time and resources into thinking that's worth doing should be teaching kids.
