8+ losses gets him canned.
The season would have to be a total disaster for that to happen. We haven't reached the point where he has to scapegoat his coordinators to save his job. A season similar to 2014 only gets the seat warm.
And I hate to admit it, but I'm okay with that. A championship and a shite ton of wins should get you a lot of rope with the program. He should get a full opportunity to right the ship.

A repeat of this year should be enough to do it. Shoot 8-4 should be enough to do it.
