I would like to see what contract attorneys say about this. Does A&M owe the buyout because they negotiated with him prior to 1/1 or are they ok if the contract was not executed until 1/1?

This is really going to be fun....the issue of LSU ending the home and home with aTm back in the 1990's will surely resurface now!!!!!!!!

I think Chavis told CLM he was leaving for aTm on the 31st. He was on the hook until 1/1/15 0:00.
