What a stupid analogy.

Wouldn't it be like wanting to buy a new video game, so you go to the store. The store has the video game for $60. But over on this shelf, they have the same exact video game, plus an additional controller, for $45. So you buy the $45 package so you could get the game for cheaper even though you didn't need the controller.

Isn't that more accurate?

I'm interested to see which way the court leans on this..
