No it's not.

It's comparable to buying a 44 oz drink at Circle K because it's $.10 less than the 22 oz. drink and you don't feel bad about throwing away the last 1/4 of it if you don't finish it all.

I agree with this. It's the exact same as buying the larger cup and just not filling it all the way up to begin with. #justiceforloophole
