I have the PA14, it has those sacrificial plates to mount stuff on. I can't speak of the new Outback, but I have fished with a guy who had an old model. He had all his crap mounted, don't know how much of a hassle it is. I'm sure there are a few videos on rigging the new Outback. I think they will mount accessories free when you buy it.
ETA: I highly doubt Hobie designed this new boat without easy ways to mount accessories, this is a purpose built boat. It's designed to fish, so I am sure they will have places to put things.
