I thought it was okay. Just a little bland. I only watched the first season and I liked it. But it was just slow and gloomy with everyone having a shitty life and it always raining. I realize they did the rain thing for a reason and it's based in Seattle or whatever but it just made the episodes drag on. Like after one episode i would stop because it felt like a 2 hour episode

Same for me. Although with more dynamic leads I think it has a better chance for widespread appeal. It was a solid concept, IMO.

Honestly, Breaking Bad had some of the same challenges. But it had meth and sunshine going for it.

Stuff like this doesn't usually bother me, but it was relentlessly bleak. That, along with fricking viewers over and not giving closure the first season, turned me off.
