Sundevil is the most popular. I have not tried it yet though.
To the OP: You want a real internet connection to cut the cord. If you want to test the limits of your hotspot though, just sign up for the free trial on Netflix watch it on your computer to see how bad they throttle you. You may want to check the fine print on your "Unlimited" plan before you test it though.
