It's good that you can admit it. I've seen friends and family members struggle with alcoholism and never admit there is a problem. It has only led them to multiple DUI's and/or relationships that end up beyond repair. Just keep in mind that no one close to you is trying to steer you in the wrong direction. Those that are giving you advice are the ones that have your well-being and best interests at heart.
