Ohhhh. I remember now. I'm not saying it's true. Guy that does the buying for a beer bar told me that. I'm just passing along what I was told. He said his keg had a brett taste to it. I can't confirm or deny -- hearsay.
ETA LL was there when I was told that, but her dumb arse has a memory that makes a goldfish look like Hawking. Plus she was drunk.

That Makes more sense than the beer wont age because it has lactic in it. Thats just dumbassary. I still dont believe its infected though, hopefully they dont become the bruery.
