Oh Really?? - there are two of them talking like this?
Is Clarke black? I didn't see the show this morning - I was assuming this to the guy I saw weeks ago who was from Milwaukee.

The Milwaukee Chief of Police is a white guy, Ed Flynn.
Here he is, showing some zip in his speech too:
