Depends on the rules. In the modern game, he'd hold Lebron to 12 points or less, depending on the situation-- Bird would hammer-foul him 6 straight possessions, for being a whiny bitch.

Under old rules, he'd score as many points as he could run out on, because the hard fouls wouldn't be called. Either LeBron would hobble out of that game, or they'd carry Bird out. Either way, there would be no doubt as to who was the greatest combo forward of all time...
