You just horribly misunderstand the existence of life. The universe didn't have to be a certain way for life to exist. The life that exists is a certain way because of the universe it is in. What you are saying would be akin to coming upon a frozen pail of water and think that the bucket and tempature were finely tuned in order to fit the frozen water and maintain its icy state. No, the water froze in that shape because of the buckets shape and tempature. Same with life.

Then please explain what other sort of life is possible-without planets and stars and galaxies, etc., for it to be formed on or by.

What kind of life are you talking about? Something from your imagination?
