So that mean that 12% of the White folks are really Black folks who are passing. I wonder what percentage have American ancestry. I'll bet the percentage of Black folks who have White ancestry is north of 90%, and probably 99% have either White or American ancestry.

So if you are majority white, but have a small percentage black - you are black.
BUT
If you are majority black but have a small percentage white - you are not white?
That doesn't make any sense.
