Buzz was a dick. In fact, outside of Kevin, Old Man Marley, and the Pigeon Lady, every single character in both of those movies are terrible human beings.
I mean, look at Santa in part I. An 8 year old kid comes up by himself after dark and tells you he wants his family back, and your response is to give him a damn tictac?

The sad thing is Marv is one of the less deplorable characters in the franchise. Nothing but horrible people in these films.

They're all horrible, including Kevin, the old man, and maybe even the Pigeon Lady. Reference the overanalysis thread. Kevin is a fricking psychopath.
