Taken from the TWolves section of that article...
No one would have dared to say that same phrase about Austin Rivers in his rookie year, when he was the youngest player in the league. In the two Twolves games I've watched, Lavine looked really unready for the NBA and very much like our boy Rivers did as a rookie- inconsistent and unpredictable. Lowe's a spin doctor and it bums me out.

Lowe is more of an eternal optimist. He has trouble really ripping on people/teams. Haralabob was trashing Monty and Lowe was kind of standing up for him on a podcast earlier in the year.
