Mistakes. You can't keep committing the same mistakes every year. We do. You have to have a good QB. We don't. It's the same problems every year. It's the coach who needs to fix that. Instead he coaches every season like its his first date and he doesn't know what to do.

The record has been great. The process and actions have grown tired.
