No he wasn't. Landry and OBJ had great college careers, and had it just been one of them playing, they would have had xbox numbers in Mett's last year. Problem was they had to share the spotlight, on top of the fact that they had a beast of a RB to compete with too.
Nothing about the offense last year was under utilized.

Randle had shitty QB's and Tolliver wasn't good enough to even remember his first name.

He and Landry both had 1k+ yards receiving last year, with multiple capable RBs in the backfield. How is that underutilized?

With that offensive makeup I don't know how he could've been much more productive than he was. There's only one ball.
