IMO, this was a mistake. Gimmicky beers just won't take off in the craft beer world as a new brewery. Especially one that is reliant on sugar flavors. I say that as i remember cane break. Which was good the first time i had it, and it was when i was somewhat new into craft beer. Nowadays i tend to stay away from it. Too malty for me. But, that's just my personal preferences of beer. So maybe i'm wrong, but my opinions of a king cake beer scream "big mistake" in my head.

I've had it before, and it was much better than I expected. Honestly, I think it will be a hit here in south Louisiana. It's not something that I will gravitate toward, but plenty of people will.

I remember liking his Cajun stout as well, but I don't know when he'll be making that. Haven't tried any of the others.

The Cajun Stout will be a seasonable beer he said on Saturday.....

The Cafe Au Lait had a great upfront coffee smell/flavor to it but it was really thin

King Cake and Cafe Au Lait the guy admitted he was having issues with the tap and the King Cake was over carbonated he said. They got their permit on Friday so everything was rushed really, on Friday they opened for 2 hours and only announced via Facebook, Saturday they were open 6-10pm and then they opened Sunday for the game.
