re: Harbaugh will be fired not traded.

Harbaugh has to make that decision by January 1st not the 49ers. I never said he would quit before season I said by next Monday he'd be in Michigan if he wants to go there. 49ers can just wait for offers, there is no rush for them really although I expect it will be quick even with trade, those talks are going on right now I'm sure.

We will all see next week after the season. I think it could go either way as none of us know Harbaugh personally. It's really his decision.

My guess is the Raiders, 49ers aren't worried about losing new fans, they'll be good again with right coach, it's a talented roster. NFL is different than college, they'll always have their fans, especially a historic franchise such as theirs.
