That dude fought with the cops and had a heart attack. He was breaking the law. He knew he was breaking the law. He was told he was under arrest and he resisted. He never submitted to the arrest. The whole time he was saying get could not breathe, he was resisting. The grand jury did not indict the cops. The Mayor should have supported the grand jury verdict and told the protestors they were wrong.
